Best Buy Customer Support for Two Screens for Teachers

Step 1: Check your inbox and spam or promotions folder for an email from Best Buy that contains your gift receipt. 

Step 2: Call the Best Buy educational support line at (888) 218-9474 with your gift receipt number to get tracking information. 

Step 3: If the tracking information shows the package was delivered and you'd elected school shipping, check with the office at your school. We’ve seen many monitors left at various places in the school including teachers classrooms so please ask the staff to look on your behalf. Sometimes it takes a few deliveries for the package to arrive at the school.
