CDW Customer Support for Two Screens for Teachers

Step 1: Check your inbox and spam or promotions folder for an email from CDW that contains the tracking number. 

Step 2: If you can’t find the email with your tracking number, you can contact brian.corasaniti@cdw.com to request the tracking number. 

Step 3: If the tracking information shows the package was delivered and you'd elected school shipping, check with the office at your school. We’ve seen many monitors left at various places in the school including teachers classrooms so please ask the staff to look on your behalf. Sometimes it takes a few deliveries for the package to arrive at the school.

If you’ve followed these steps and your tracking number shows the package was delivered, or the package was returned to sender, or the monitor you received is damaged, please contact brian.corasaniti@cdw.com for assistance.
