Why two screens?

Adding a second screen allows a teacher to see their students’ faces on one screen and their lesson plans on the other. A second screen can improve online productivity 20-30% (NYTimes).

“Second monitors are lifesavers. Imagine trying to run a video call, slides, and class notes on a 13” laptop screen.”

— Mr. Stowell, Principal, Greenwood Elementary, Seattle WA

How it works

Donors: Fill out a form and we’ll match you with a teacher. A 22” monitor costs about $115. You’ll have it shipped to the teacher’s school.

Teachers: Fill out a form and we’ll match you with a donor. The donor will buy you a free 22” monitor. We’ll help you pick the right video cable.

Public school K-12 teachers in the U.S. can request a monitor.

We offset the carbon from monitors purchased on this site using our Amazon Associates revenue.
